Daughter's Christmas Gift I performed on-line research trying to find an electric-blue 2017 Elantra for my daughter with a back-up camera and navigation. Conrad responded promp I performed on-line research trying to find an electric-blue 2017 Elantra for my daughter with a back-up camera and navigation. Conrad responded promptly to my e-mail stating he may have a car that meets my needs. As it turned out he had a car that had the back-up camera but did not have navigation. I thought I would have to continue to search for a car until Conrad informed me that my daughter would be able to sync her I-phone to the car and if she were using the GPS application, it would be displayed on the back-up camera screen. This would enable her to have GPS functionality without me having to pay the appox. extra $2k for navigation! OUTSTANDING! On top of that the car had a sun roof which my daughter is going to love. As I had stated earlier, the buying experience was quick and painless. I will definitely shop Sheehy Hyundai of Waldorf for my next Hyundai purchase. More
Great Customer Service but Miscommunication on must haves I had a good experience in the purchase of my new Sante Fe Sport with my sales person Kamari,. The General Manager Emmanuel, and the finance manager I had a good experience in the purchase of my new Sante Fe Sport with my sales person Kamari,. The General Manager Emmanuel, and the finance manager Kendra. However due to me not knowing anything about the vehicles, I trusted that all of what I wanted is in the vehicle, just to find out that after my purchase it wasn't. Disappointed with that aspect of my vehicle purchase not including all of what I wanted. Kamari did a great job in finding the right vehicle for me because I didn't know anything about Hyundais. He answered all my questions the best he could and if he couldn't he went to someone to get the answer. However, where we fell short was the understanding in certain features I wanted in the vehicle. These were must haves for me because I love having safety in my vehicles. I wanted Blind Spot Assist and Lane Change assist, which I was reassured it was in fact in the vehicle. After purchasing and returning to the dealership for paper work and speaking with another sales person, I learned the vehicle did not come with Lane Change assist. I am disappointed that this feature is missing because it something that really wanted in my next vehicle. Emmanuel, General Manager was great in helping with the pricing and trying to accommodate what I wanted. Very respectful and considerate in my purchase. However, again, I was looking for an additional feature that I did not get. Not sure how this was missed in my purchase. Kendra, Finance Manager, was wonderful.
