RUN...to another dealership! Let me start by saying Sheree (sp?) the operator was the most pleasant and helpful individual there. I purchased my car on 1/11 and it took HOURS to get the paperwork done. I wish I would have walked out and not wasted over a month of my time and sanity. I didn't get out of there till 10:30pm. They wouldn't budge AT ALL on pricing. They tell you that used cars only get half a tank of gas. Not so at other dealerships. The next day we found out the key wouldn't unlock the door and the windows automatically came down when you closed the door. They had my car in service for 24 out of the 38 days that I owned it AND when I went to pick up my car there was a dent in the door which they tried to say was already there! LIARS! They don't return calls, the service department is the worst I have ever dealt with and are the most dishonest bunch of individuals you'll ever run into! If you find yourself one of the unfortunate souls that is dealing with this poorly managed dealership, contact their corporate office for assistance. Do your own research on EVERYTHING and document, document, document each and every call (if you ever get to speak to the person you're trying to) or email. Do a pre-inspection walk around with them BEFORE service begins and get a TRUE copy of the inspection with signatures. Take pictures as well. DealerRater wouldn't allow me to post my entire experience as it was rather lengthy. Save yourself the time and frustration and go anywhere else! Matt Tevis at Toyota of Southern Maryland was a pleasure to work with. I "returned" the car on 2/17. What a relief to be done with this joke of a dealership. UPDATE: I called the finance company on Tuesday, February 21st to make sure Sheehy Hyundai Waldorf contacted them and that I was 100% in the clear for the loan. I was informed that Sheehy Hyundai Waldorf closed out the loan on MONDAY, FEBRUARY 13th. I didn't speak to Sheehy Hyundai Waldorf to let them know I was not keeping the car until FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 17th. I think the Better Business Bureau would be interested in knowing Sheehy Hyundai Waldorf's shady business practices. More

Glenn Sommerville Gives Extraordinary Customer Service I've bought 4 cars in 5 years from this dealer. Glenn wasn't even my salesman, but I worked with him during the different deals so I knew his name. He I've bought 4 cars in 5 years from this dealer. Glenn wasn't even my salesman, but I worked with him during the different deals so I knew his name. Here's what happened: Parked my car at the airport. to catch a flight. Locked my purse in the trunk by accident when I took the luggage out. My key was in my purse. My phone was in my purse. No key. No phone. No ID. Completely helpless. A regular locksmith can't open the trunk if the key is in the trunk (some kind of theft deterrent). However, I had blue link so if I could get to my phone, I could get online and unlock the car remotely. I borrowed some nice bystander's phone, but couldn't connect to blue link (not the greatest system). I called the dealer, remembered Glenn's name and he stopped everything he was doing to help me. He logged in and unlocked the car. Blue link worked! Somehow, I made my flight. Glenn's help was unbelievable. I was panicky and agitated. Glenn was calm, patient, friendly. This is why he has repeat customers. Having bought so many cars from there, I knew Glenn was a popular salesman. His kindness and patience were incredible. I told Glenn that I I will buy my next car from him. More
