First time in 40 years of purchasing a new vehicle that there were no typical dealer tactics of high p Glenn, was easy to work with on making a deal. First time in 40 years of purchasing a new vehicle that there were no typical dealer tactics of high pressure and going to see the manager 15 times. He made one trip with my counter offer and Ewing closed the deal. This made the purchase smooth, enjoyable, and quick. Glenn was also very helpful in demonstrating the new features of this vehicle. Could not ask for better assistance from a salesman. Poor service I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. After all the paperwork was signed, I was informed that one of the key fobs was locked in the vault but I could ge I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Elantra. After all the paperwork was signed, I was informed that one of the key fobs was locked in the vault but I could get it tomorrow. The next day they could not find it but promised it would be Fed Exed to my home. Two weeks later, I am still waiting. Why should I have to spend my valuable time fighting for something that is including in the price of the car? Unacceptable! I copied upper management on my emails but apparently it is not a priority for them either. More
