He guided me through the selection process and held my hand t I had the best sales experience EVER with James!!! He was patient, kind and awesome!!! It took a long time because the dealership was busy - I only mention that it took a long time because that would normally be a negative comment but in this instant it was a positive comment. James kept me engaged me and made me feel like I was amongst friends, so much so that I didn't even mind waiting the 8 hours that I waited.
