Conrad immediately sent me an email and scheduled a date and time to come in. I was greeted at the front door by Conrad and he took the time to find out my specific needs. I definitely was not expecting to leave with a brand new vehicle. However, they worked with my unique financial situation and I drove away with a brand new Sonata!! More

Not as advertised, nor as discussed I was shopping online and called into inquire about a particular vehicle. First, they listed the price of the car with rebates that only residents of I was shopping online and called into inquire about a particular vehicle. First, they listed the price of the car with rebates that only residents of North or South Carolina would be eligible for? Rather odd for a Maryland dealership to do that. So that caused the price to go up $2000. After some time and some negotiations we came to an agreement. I was under the impression we had come to terms on price. When I called back later that same day to verify, before I made the drive out to the dealership, I asked for written confirmation of the agreement. What I got was disappointing: To start the price went up (granted only $200, but still) and then the agreed upon extended warranty that had been discussed was now no longer included. That would be an additional $1700. So now the price went up a total of almost $2000. Sure glad I asked for it in writing before I drove to Waldorf. BE WARE. GET IT IN WRITING. More

Highly recommended! I purchased my car about 3 months ago. My salesman Kamari did an awesome job with helping me get the car that I wanted. I first inquired about a parti I purchased my car about 3 months ago. My salesman Kamari did an awesome job with helping me get the car that I wanted. I first inquired about a particular vehicle that was recommended to me. Once I arrived Kamari greeted me at the door! I appreciate Good customer service because I am a proud worker of the service . Moving forward Kamari showed me the car that I was recommended but it was not in my financial bracket. That was ok Kamari reassured me that there were several others jus like it but it my price range. Long story short after negotiations and test drives I was able to get a car that suited me with a car payment not to much more that what I had in mind. So far I’ve had my used 2015 Elantra for about 3 months and I am happy w my choice. If u are a first time car buyer looking for a nice running car without breaking the bank I recommend this car dealership. Great service ! More
