If you say you want a certain car, they’ll actually work to get you in that car. Not like the other bait and switch dealerships down 301. Buyer Beware!!! This place is dismal at best. I was going to let ALL the issues slide as honest mistakes/misunderstandings until they kept happening in different fina This place is dismal at best. I was going to let ALL the issues slide as honest mistakes/misunderstandings until they kept happening in different financing scenarios. In true financing fashion, once Jasmine realized she could not swindle (and I use this word lightly) me, her hospitality turned to frustration. The General Manager (Erica) has not handled the situation accordingly and blew me off as a generalized consumer. Hey guys... I am NOT SATISFIED with your services. I concur with another review, "take your hard earned money somewhere else". Buyer Beware.... My car has been in the shop FIVE times since purchasing December 31, 2018. On date of purchase, the rear tail light was not working and full of water, yet I had no idea. However, in Maryland this is supposed to be in working order as part of a mandatory MD State Sale Inspection. More

I immediately knew who I was going to go to for help - James! He had assisted my family with buying 6 cars now! He was so darn helpful. I ended up driving away with a new fully loaded Tuscon the same day I walked in! Never was pushy or anything. I’m so picky and he helped me find exactly what I wanted! I got an amazing deal as well!
