Bad from beginning to end... should have walked I came to the site with information on the car I wanted at 8 am.. Marcus from some Sheehy dealer saw me and started talking.. He didnt even have name or logo on shirt.. now I question more... anyway the car that was advertized for several months Jeep Cherakee 2014 was want I wanted due to low mileage. I was told it was buried in a back lot and they tried to change what I was to look at.. Advised no just the Jeep.. took 25 mns to get to it then the key fob was dead, then it would not start, then when pulled around had flat tires and was filthy and had tinting that was not legal and HAD NOT BEEN MD INSPECTED ?????? Also COI (conflict of Interest) How does a dealer legally do their own inspections, per law has to be 3rd party with NO Interest in outcome... and how do you advertise something you are not sure you can sell.. I was there until almost 3 then went home in my own car.. was told to come back at 11 next day.. so another day of unpaid time from work and all for a car that was not ready to even put on lot.. Now it has stopped running while driving 4 times had to get a rental SO DONE WITH CAR AND THIS DEALERSHIP as I was told sorry you can have towed in and we will look at when we can... so then who pays for tow, rental and need to make my SECOND payment on June 4 really NEVER would buy from here again letter going to Corp, State Attorney General and BBB I did buy the extended warranty to 102k miles but no warranty for this issue ?????? and you want ME TO PAY to have Towed in.... really Also while waiting NO One spoke to me, offered me anything, apologized or even cared I was there from 8-3 to buy something,, they sat at the front desk on phones discussing the Basket ball brackets and things... no one was friendly I really should have walked like my friend did 2 weeks later.. SO much more went wrong but out of space ........................................ More

The salesperson Cecil McCoy was very attentive to my needs and made sure to give me all the specs on the perfect car. The experience was super easy and it didn’t take long before I was driving off with the car I wanted and for the price that was perfect for me! I would recommend this dealer and salesperson to everyone I know and meet who is in the market for a car! I’m super thankful for all that they did for me!! More

Not a pleasant experience So I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t Limited and was told there was a recall on the sunroof. My sales rep told me it would take about 72 hrs to g So I purchased a 2015 Hyundai Sonata 2.0t Limited and was told there was a recall on the sunroof. My sales rep told me it would take about 72 hrs to get it fixed. So 3 days passed and I didnt recieve any updates from my sales rep. I had to call and ask about it myself and pretty much I was given the runaround and not given a square answer about the car. I went up to the dealer to get my $1,000 down payment refunded and the management didnt even try to see if there was any other way to accommodate me. And they didn't even apologize about the whole situation. This will be my first and last time doing business with this dealer. More

Conrad also went out of his way for us and answered the phone whenever I called him and followed up. No pressure from anyone, they are outgoing but not pushy. Because of the aforementioned we plan to buy our next vehicle here! More

Had purchased a car with internet sales before and decided to do so this time. Waldorf Hyundai, Mr. Westerman, reached out. We got a very fair price and just a great experience at the dealership. Our salesman, Roderick was a joy. He made it all easy and relaxed. Explained everything, made sure the car was pristine. Roderick made buying a car a pleasure. How often can you say that? We were greeted before we reached the door and welcomed. Everyone was great. Jasmin, our finance rep, was perfect. We will definitely return when we are ready for that next new car.
