James was very attentive! He answered all of my questions and didn’t make me feel unintelligent or insane for asking them! He was there with me step by step all the way until I got my keys! We never felt any pressure from Cecil, and his expertise was evident. Also evident was why Erica is in charge. She’s obviously found her passion in working with people to deliver a superior customer service experience. My only regret is that they’re so far away—but now they’ve set the bar for the VIP service I’ll expect from Sheehy Nissan! More

Lease experience of a 2019 Hyundai Tucson It started out good. Friendly staff. They gained my trust and I thought they were looking out for my best interests. Once sale was made everything c It started out good. Friendly staff. They gained my trust and I thought they were looking out for my best interests. Once sale was made everything changed. Turned in my lease on 2-13-19 and was told the car I wanted will be at dealer on 2-14-19. I picked vehicle color from book. Car not on lot to see the actual color. I was picked up from my home and taken to Sheehy to get my car. Car was driven to Sheehy which put about 80 miles on vehicle. They drove car up and said here is your car. It was just put through car wash and parked. My salesman James Miller was not there because it was his day off. I told Ewing this car is not Red. I had the book and said this car is burgundy or wine but not red. He said you wanted gemstone red and this is the color. Gas tank on empty and car not prepped. No one explained any features. When I said I want another color, Mr Ewing said you signed a contract. I found out later I had 72 hours in which changes can be made. When I told James what happened his answer was why did you accept the car. He did not help me. My son told me not to do anything without him and he was correct. Women take a man with you when car buying. I am still waiting for a call from Mr Ewing about the cargo cover. Very disappointed with how everything was handled. Kamari made the experience a breeze Saturday, June 1st, My brother in-law, sister and I walked in to Sheehy Hyundai with no idea what to expect. When we got out of my rental car...we st Saturday, June 1st, My brother in-law, sister and I walked in to Sheehy Hyundai with no idea what to expect. When we got out of my rental car...we started looking around and Kamari came over and asked if we needed assistance....we asked him could he point us in the direction of all the used cars. Kamari showed us where they were and asked us what we looking for in a car. He was not pushy or aggressive and we really appreciated it. I could go on and on and fill up this page but Kamari is honest and works extremely hard to make sure you are a happy customer. He really took care of us., Are you hungry? Do you need help setting up your phone? Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have questions or concerns. He doesn't just want a sale. He wants you to walk out pleased with your purchased.
