Upon my research I learned about the new dealership in Warldorf and saw the love of my life on the showroom floor. The salesman Jermaine was pleasant and not too pushy.He gave me his price and said Where do we have to be on the price to make you comfortable to buy? I told him what I would be willing to pay and he made it happen. More

2014 Hyundai Accent LEMON I purchased my first car in November of 2014. The car is a 2014 Hyundai Accent. I got the car with less than 100 miles on it. About mid May I started I purchased my first car in November of 2014. The car is a 2014 Hyundai Accent. I got the car with less than 100 miles on it. About mid May I started having problems with the car not picking up to go. I took the car to Hyundai Waldorf for service Glenn in service test drove my car claimed he did not experience the issue. The technicians worked on the car come to find out my transmission chip was off. The claimed the reset the chip it the issue was resolved as I was told less than 24 hrs I was having the same issue. I took the car back to Hyundai this time I was put into a rental. Almost a week goes by I had to call the service department only to be told I needed a new transmission. My car was there for 20 days. When I finally got my car back I was experiencing jerking and the same problems from before. Even got the problem on a video. I took the car back once again only to be accused of making a issue up. I was not addressed my any of the staff in service John luckett Walked past me like I was invisible. Then had the nerve to tell me it's no such thing as a lemon. I emailed the district manager numerous times and still did not get a response. I will be taking this issue to the next level up More
Hyundai Purchase I arrived at Hyundai intending on buying a used vehicle to replace my previous vehicle which had just died. I was greeted almost instantly by Ewing wh I arrived at Hyundai intending on buying a used vehicle to replace my previous vehicle which had just died. I was greeted almost instantly by Ewing who led me to his desk, offered some water to my girlfriend and me, and started discussing what I was looking for in a car. I already had in my mind what sort of price point I was looking at paying each month, and when I mentioned it, he said that there were some new vehicle that I could look at that may be able to fall in my range. After looking at the used vehicles first, we looked at the new ones and test drove one of them. After some price negotiating we were able to come to a deal on a new car that fit in my price range. Overall it was a very good experience and Ewing made sure it was a good one. More

James has called several times since I bought the car just to make sure everything is ok and has provided me with exceptional customer service. I also had a positive experience working with Stephanie McCan in the tags and title department. In addition to the terrific customer service, I also got a really good deal on a very nice used car. Great Sales Experience, but My overall experience dealing with the staff at this dealership was great and fair. They offered me what I wanted for my trade and gave me a great de My overall experience dealing with the staff at this dealership was great and fair. They offered me what I wanted for my trade and gave me a great deal on a brand new, 2015 Hyundai Sonata, which is loaded with far more features than what my last vehicle had. My sales rep was William Pastor and my experience with him was excellent and he was honest and didn't give me any runarounds. My only gripe about this dealership is that it's entirely too congested, the lot is not adequately sized and is poorly laid out/constructed. This isn't the dealership's fault, but whoever designed it. You practically have to make your own spot and sometimes, this is inconvenient. Other than this, they have an awesome staff and I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody looking into a Hyundai. More
