My AMAZING experience as a first time buyer. Tijisha is an amazing employee, as soon as I stepped on to the lot with my parents she came out & greeted us with a smile. She understood that as a first time buyer you know what you want as soon as you step on to the lot & advised me to choose the car that best fit me & my needs. was able to find the car that I wanted in the color that I wanted (at first i was settling for a color I didn't like). She went above and beyond her job to make sure that I was completely satisfied before I drove off the lot. For this being my first time buying a brand new car I didn't know what to expect. She is knowledgeable about the products & services you all offer, she's personable, always happy, and is OUTSTANDING at what she does. When my car was brought to me I instantly fell in love. I immediately had to tell her thank you because she definitely went above & beyond to make sure not only that I got what I wanted, but made sure that I was happy. For me to be her first sale of her career I wasn't able to tell because she is that awesome at her job. I am more than satisfied with her performance and if I had to do it all over again, I would definitely choose her again. She is AMAZING!!!!! More

After refining the results by introducing my financial information, Jermaine was able to show me cars that fit my lifestyle and budget. He explained packages and services to help me keep my car looking and running like the day I bought it. Jermaine led me into the area where my car would be serviced and introduced me to a couple of the maintenance crew after I finished my paper work with the financial administrator. The service area is where my car pulled up and Jermaine showed me how to connect my music and showed me the guide I can refer to if ever I'm unable to reach him. Bright concluded my visit gifting me with my set of spare keys and his business card that I've been passing out ever since. Even though the entire Sheehy family in Waldorf is friendly Mr. Bright ventured far beyond extraordinary to provide, what I consider, wold-class customer service. More
