With the big end of year discounts going on during the week of Thanksgiving, however, I decided it was time to replace our 2011 Expedition with a new one. I found the car we wanted on line at a different Sheehy dealership. I contacted Sheehy Ford in Springfield and requested Crystal due to the great service she had previously provided for us. In less than 3 hours I was able to purchase the vehicle and the dealership started working the process of having it delivered from the other Sheehy dealership to the Springfield location.
