This experience with the Sheehy Ford Service shop was good just as it was with the last Ford I owned, a Ranger pick up truck. I expect my future visits will be just as good as those with the Ranger which I had owned for 10 years and traded in for the Escape. More

I took my wife's car in for routine service. Sheehy accommodated a short-notice request for the service and was able to fit it into one of the timeslots I had available. The service department manager also has one of the best customer engagement practices I've seen. I definitely recommend Sheehy's service department. More

Sorry I didn't remeber my service guys names, but they are the same team I see each time I get one of my Fords serviced and they are always great. I bought my two latest vehicles because of all the Ford dealers i contacted (6 total) Sheehy Ford was THE ONLY ONE WHO WAS WILLING TO HELP ME ORDER MY TRUCK WITH THE 4.6 3V + 6SP in the XL model. Other dealers told me it couldn't be ordered, Sheehy did it for me. Had such a good sales experience, I sought out the same salesperson (Mauro) the next year when I bought my Mustang. I was prepared for each purchase, but you can do a lot worse than to go to these guys when looking for a new Ford. More

I am a member of the VIP club and brought my car in for 15,000 mile service. My car was ready before schedule time I requested. Also, I have a K & N lifetime air filter installed in my car and requested 15,000 mile service. My car was ready before schedule time I requested.
