I loved the service Tony gave us, when I first came in I wasn't 100% sure of trading my car and I had a lot of doubts. After hours of talking test driving etc...he was still very patient. I didn't trade the car that same day, I came back the next day and closed the deal because it was the best I had found so far. I do recommend this dealer, thank you Tony! More

Victor and Arthur know how to get the JOB done! Kevin was great to work with and Arthur went out of his way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. The way that Arthur treated me just for buying a used car, I can't imagine how it would be if I bou way to make sure that I was completely satisfied. But, today when my car was left over-night for service, I was told, for the fi -- and have them serviced at -- Sheehy Ford, Springfiled. Good record. When I stopped by to make an appointment. They came out and checked the problem. When I dropped off the truck they had a switch just in case it was needed. In stead of taking all day it was fixed in unde and checked the problem. When I dropped off the truck they had a switch just in case it was needed. In stead of taking all day it was fixed in under an hour. No need to come back for an install after diagnosing the problem. Great service and professionalism. More
