I did not purchase my 2011 Explorer from this dealer however I brought it in for Sync update and was treated like a valued customer. I loved the service Tony gave us, when I first came in I wasn't 100% sure of trading my car and I had a lot of doubts. After hours of talking test driving etc...he was still very patient.
