Asburton was very easy to work with (and answered all of my questions very honestly) and Maxxx was very technical and offered a lot of advice relating to the MyFordTouch and other hybrid-specific features that the car had to offer. The price was fair (I went in with a USAA car buying price to eliminate any hassle) and the process of finalizing the purchase was smooth (and time consuming too, which is to be expected). Overall, I'm very pleased I chose Sheehy Ford in Springfield for my new car purchase! More

Quick, Easy, extremely helpful Drove up to Sheehy in Springfield on a Friday night after having a horrible experience at another dealer. Right away we were greeted by Maxxx Manu. Maxxx asked what we were looking for and we told him the cars we were interested in. He helped us make a decision based on the cars he had and what would be best for our family. We filled out the application and he said it would take about 45 minutes. 30 minutes later we were called into Anthony's office I believe he is the finance manager, and he gave us the numbers. Once we agreed on what we wanted we started signing papers. Both Anthony and Maxxx were helpful and understanding and we are so grateful to both of them for everything they did for us. The whole staff is so friendly. My husband and I are so happy we went to Sheehy. More

The car was missing a key and Max said he would get it from the previous owner or get a new one from Subaru a week later I got a call to come pick up the second key. Best experience I've had buying a car by far. More
