Smooth transaction from out of state I dealt with Jimmy and Patrick over the phone and through email/text starting about a week before I actually came down to buy the used Buick Envision I dealt with Jimmy and Patrick over the phone and through email/text starting about a week before I actually came down to buy the used Buick Envision 2016 in person from New Jersey. They gave me all the info on the car and got all of my info and got me the best loan possible. With the trade in on my car it was a deal I could not pass up. I came down and got everything wrapped up within 2 hours tops (at the end waiting for my car to get the ResistAll treatment inside and out). It is the car of my dreams all thanks to your dealership and your two dedicated employees that really sold me the car. Thanks again Jimmy and Patrick! More

The worst service ever I went in for an oil change. It took 2 hours to get my car back. I had to ask the service advisor 3 or 4 times where my car was because no one knew I went in for an oil change. Worst vehicle purchase and service experience ever I purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer from Sheehy Ford of Springfield two months ago. I was told that it had a 1000 mile 30 day warranty, "anything is wron I purchased a 2007 Ford Explorer from Sheehy Ford of Springfield two months ago. I was told that it had a 1000 mile 30 day warranty, "anything is wrong, just bring it in and we'll take care of it." I went in four days after my purchase with a list of five things. One of them was that the rear shocks are done and need to be replaced. I came back to pick up my vehicle and four of the five had not been fixed. I was told that they would be "my responsibility" and that it had "passed state inspection" which I was not told was the deal. Audible alerts go off, two of them, every hour the car is driven and have to be silenced, idiot lights flash, tire pressure sensor, and tire monitor sensor and washer fluid sensors all inoperable but "my responsibility." None of them went off when I drove the vehicle initially. The vehicle vibrates at various speeds, I am very displeased, and communicated that with the Service Manager. "We can't help you, you will have to pay to have all those things repaired." I will never shop at Sheehy Ford again. I will never say anything good about my experience with them. I will have to pay an additional $1000+ to get the car repaired while I spend the next four years paying it off. I would steer clear of this dealership if I were you. Shame on them. I have no idea how they stay in business when their business ethos is to put their customers' satisfaction way below their profits. More
