Sales team is good. Service department is terrible. They overbook like crazy, upsell unnecessary maintenance, etc. They always go over estimated wait times. I have the Service department is terrible. I have the VIP membership which entitles me to certain free services (e.g., oil changes) and I still prefer to take my vehicle elsewhere. I’d rather pay than deal with them! That’s pretty bad. The thing is, I’ve complained (nicely) and they simply shrug. They know they’ll lose some customers, but they’re fine with taking that risk. Do yourself a favor - go to a local garage you trust!
