I did my homework...once the sales team knew in was a cash buyer and had price point as my main objective, it got easy. No upselling, no squirrelly "oh, to get that price you have to finance with us"... no pushback when I objected to paying sales tax on "delivery" fees that the Virginia DMV website doesn't say are taxed (though it does say dealer prep fees are subject to tax). They wouldn't take a personal check without a credit check, but did hold the car for me until I returned with a cashiers check the next day. This was as stress free as car buying gets. Do your homework, and you will get a great deal. I was not convinced about the ease of the "easy price"... but I am now. Sheehy has earned a customer. I've had Fords serviced there for years, and I suspect I will be buying my next Ford there when the time comes. More

We found our new 2014 Touareg at Sheehy via Autotrader. When we called we had the good fortune to talk with Maxwell Manu. From the beginning Max was friendly, professional and supportive. Every effort was made to accommodate us coming from out of state later in the week. All of our questions were answered so upon arrival all we needed to do was see the vehicle. Everything was exactly as Max told us they would be and 30 minutes later we owned the vehicle. We would not hesitate to purchase from A Sheehy Ford again and would ask for Max right off the bat. His experience shows. We did not finance the vehicle but even so the finance manager John was also courteous and professional. Great job! More

She asked questions through e-mail to identify the type of vehicle I wanted to purchase. She sent me several quotes on vehicles through email along with their "Internet Prices". When I selected a vehicle I was interested in, I was invited to the lot to test drive. After the test drive, and deciding that I was interested in purchasing the vehicle I was told that I wasn't eligible for the "internet price" because I was approved for a 1.9% interest rate through Ford; which meant I wasn't eligible for the price. I was quoted a price that was $4000 more. Didn't seem like a very honest selling experience. More
