David made it happen. I arrived at Sheehy Ford of Springfield in search of a used car to be driven by my teenage son. He knew exactly where the car was on the lot and quickly retrieved it for inspection and a test drive. He was candid, helpful and satisfactorily answered questions about the car, the dealership and the offered warranty. Once I decided to move move forward with the purchase, we sat down to talk numbers. David worked hard with the Sales Manager and the GM to get me what I thought was a fair price for the car. He immediately proceeded to get the required paperwork to the business office and the car to maintenance and detailing for a final check. David was positive, enthusiastic and worked with a sense of urgency throughout the entire process. And I always felt he was working for me, the customer, to get the best possible outcome. He was the key to making this deal happen and I would be happy to work with him in the future. The process with the purchase manager was equally smooth and pain-free. I worked with Reza Kabir, who was friendly, helpful and very efficient. The dealership uses a digital document system that streamlines the paperwork process and allows them to send you away with all the signed documents, in digital format, on a flash drive. They were also able to verify and accept a personal check as payment. Easy and convenient all around. My overall experience with Sheehy Ford for this transaction was quite positive. Smooth, quick and easy. I'd recommend them for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More

Happy with the experience. My experience went very well. It was my first time buying a car on my own. Maxxx made it very easy for me. I was already at another dealership, but they didn't have the car I wanted but this dealership (Springfield) had the one I wanted. It took me 20 min to get there, the car was already pulled up to the front waiting for me to test drive it. I was very happy about that, he helped me understand anything I didn't already know about the car, which was very helpful. Then he made the buying process very easy for me. So overall that was great. Then the next day, he called just to check how I was doing with the car and made sure it was going well for me. I was very nervous buying my first car and he helped a lot. Then when I came back to the dealership to get my plates, he already had the drill waiting so he could put my plates on for me and make my day smoother. Overall, I'm glad he was my sales guy, not much people say that about car sales men. With Maxxx I truly appreciate his generous, caring attitude. Highly recommend to talk to. More

MAXX IS SIMPLY THE BEST!!!!!! Maxx was able to turn my husbands Lemons into Lemonade. I found the sales person Maxxx Manu, to be the most efficient and strait foreword sales person, I have ever had the pleasure of working with. The over all dealership was organized and on top of there game. I'm a no nonsense person and strait foreword, I expect the same. Maxxx and I had a conversation via the phone prier to my visit. Maxxx and I had clarified and agreed on several issues. Sheehey Ford, and Maxxx followed through as agreed. I had what was expected of me and Sheehey Ford, had what we had agreed on. Early Father's Day Gift My husband and I went to Sheehy yesterday after finding a couple of cars he was interested in. First person we met was Max who informed us that he was with another customer but still offered to help us since we already had the two cars we wanted to see. My husband got to test drive both but was interested in looking at another car somewhere else. So we left and he went to see the other car but after driving it, he decided he wanted the Chrysler. The process after filling out the paperwork was fast and painless. When we met with Anthony, he understood our needs and wants and wasn't example of what extraordinary customer service is. Purchased new Platinum Explorer at Sheehy Ford, Springfield We came in just looking at new Explorers and to test drive a couple of cars to find out the difference between the regular V6 and the V6 ecoboost. We were looking to replace out 2003 Explorer Limited, which was the top of the line back then. Maxxx Manu helped us test drive the the two, and then suggested to us to test drive the Platinum. He was very friendly, knew the car inside and out, answered all of our questions, had a great laugh, and there was no pressure at all. Maxxx actually found another rebate that we didn't know about. The offer with the discounts and rebates were such that we could not walk away. We are very happy with our new Explorer and feel that we were treated fairly the entire time. More
