Went to trade in my Subaru for a newer one and everything was fine up until the single request I had with the trade. My only contingency on the sale was that I could keep my aftermarket wheels I purchased just a few months prior. So documentation of this in the form of a "We-owe" was written and signed so this service could be performed. Every couple of days I would call the dealership or text the sales rep to set up this service. This went on for almost 2 months of memos left for managers and "let me check" until I was notified that the car was released and that there was nothing they could do. I took the loss of the wheels but expected some sort of return on the loss. I was then told that since the "We-owe" is only good for 30 days (doesn't matter I spent 2 months trying to set it up) and that there was nothing they could do. Beyond that issue there was a paperwork issue I had to resolve myself with the creditor because the information wasn't entered right. I wish I could say I had a better experience but this was hands down the worst I've ever had at a dealership. More

Hands down I had the best experience here because of Maxxx. He was very professional and courteous. He went above and beyond to address all the issues. He was able to get me best price on the car and also on my trade-in. He even moved the stuffs in my old car to the new car. Customer Service After buying the Ford Explorer Platinum, I tried several times to get it to Sync up to my Garage door opener, with no success. I mentioned this to my sales consultant, Maxx Manu, a couple of months after buying the car. He volunteered to come to my house, and in less than 15 minutes the car and garage door opener were Sync'd together! In addition, my husband bought a Sheehy Subaru last year and had the same issue, and Maxx was able to get his car and the garage door opener Sync'd. Absolutely Fabulous Service. Maxx has "SYNC Specialist" on his business card, and with today's electronics in the new cars it really is needed. I stopped off a Sheehy because I was in the area, and with the VIP service, my car was washed and the interior was cleaned in no time at all, and no cost. More

David made it happen. I arrived at Sheehy Ford of Springfield in search of a used car to be driven by my teenage son. I was greeted at the door by an associate named David I arrived at Sheehy Ford of Springfield in search of a used car to be driven by my teenage son. I was greeted at the door by an associate named David Woelk. I had a particular car in mind and showed him the online listing I'd printed. He knew exactly where the car was on the lot and quickly retrieved it for inspection and a test drive. He was candid, helpful and satisfactorily answered questions about the car, the dealership and the offered warranty. Once I decided to move move forward with the purchase, we sat down to talk numbers. David worked hard with the Sales Manager and the GM to get me what I thought was a fair price for the car. He immediately proceeded to get the required paperwork to the business office and the car to maintenance and detailing for a final check. David was positive, enthusiastic and worked with a sense of urgency throughout the entire process. And I always felt he was working for me, the customer, to get the best possible outcome. He was the key to making this deal happen and I would be happy to work with him in the future. The process with the purchase manager was equally smooth and pain-free. I worked with Reza Kabir, who was friendly, helpful and very efficient. The dealership uses a digital document system that streamlines the paperwork process and allows them to send you away with all the signed documents, in digital format, on a flash drive. They were also able to verify and accept a personal check as payment. Easy and convenient all around. My overall experience with Sheehy Ford for this transaction was quite positive. Smooth, quick and easy. I'd recommend them for anyone in the market for a new vehicle. More
