The truck was absolutely mint, garage kept and not a scratch on it with 13K miles. Later that day I received a phone call from the service manager that my truck had been involved in a head on collision on Loisdale Road. In fairness to Sheehy, the other driver was charged in the accident, not the Sheehy service tech. The service manager was very apologetic and promised Sheehy would take care of me and help in any way they could. Unfortunately I was put into the position to deal with the other party's small time insurance company and they strung me along for 2 months, until finally, the truck was deemed a total loss. During the 2 months without my truck, the service manager and I would touch base and he assured me that we would work something out with the general manager once resolved. I was cut a check for 33K from the insurance co and now ready to see what Sheehy was going to do make this right. The GM finally agreed to speak with me. His offer - To find me a similar used truck or knock $200 of their internet price on a comparable new truck. Well a used truck wasn't really an option, it was going to take a long time to find a perfect used truck with the options that my truck had. Remember I had already waited 2 months. I tried to negotiate a new truck and after going back and forth, I offered to come out of my pocket $7,000 up to 40K, which would have resulted in them coming down $3000. The GM said I was asking too much and refused the deal, saying $200 off their internet price was what he was willing to do. I was always professional and never lost my cool with them. I've been a Ford truck owner since 1985. No more. I believe in Karma and hopefully this pitiful attempt at customer service comes back to bite them in the end. I have no ill will towards the service manager and believe he really did believe his GM was going to take care of me. BTW, I wrote to Vince Sheehy and Ford about this experience, both of which never bothered to respond. More

Ford Ranger Pickup Truck Crystal overheard us asking about a Ford Ranger and even though others were saying no, she spoke up and said that one had just come in. She was great to deal with and needless to say I bought the truck. Crystal even went so far as to follow up with me after I bought the truck and even called to wish me a Happy Thanksgiving. More

We dealt with Maxxx Manu when we purchased the vehicle he was great and very helpful. However, I cant say the same thing for the service department. I had an oil change appointment which I have made 2 weeks prior. I was told it would take 90 minutes because they inspect the whole car. I am also a VIP customer. I had my toddler with me because we were going to wait. It took more than 3 hours for an oil change. The lady upfront SONIA is nasty and rude. " Her response was we are very busy and this is a ford service not a nissan service" When I called 1- why did you book the appointment knowing i had a nissan 2- I was told it would take 90 minutes 3- I was in the waiting area checked in with front desk 2 times and I was told my car should be out shortly.If I was told upfront it would take 3 to 4 hours for an oil change I would have called for a ride 4- why make an appointment if you cant service the car in 90 mins. Bob Gordon saved the day by offering a detail service for free. Going forward I will not be going back to Sheehy Ford. More

Crystal Treadway greeted us and walked us through the lot, was knowledgeable about the variety of trucks my husband wanted to look at. She really worked with us and the team to get us the best deal once we found the truck we wanted. She also let the kids use her colorful pens and some paper while my husband and I signed paperwork. The finance manager Courtney was wonderful as well and took the time to answer all of our questions without us feeling rushed. As we bought out of our home state we had to get an inspection within a week and we went to a Sheehy dealer in Maryland. This location was wonderful, they do not typically do inspections on Saturdays but they worked us in and in less time than they initially quoted us. The inside was clean and comfortable with complementary drinks and snacks and cartoons on one of the several TVs for the kids. Overall we have had a great experience and will gladly recommend Sheehy to anyone looking for a vehicle. More

Was also charged $171.99 each for two rotors that are available online for $90.00 I was told that while the tires were off that they would be rotated when reinstalled...didn’t happen. Was offered a rental car while my truck was in the shop, dropped off by a shuttle but getting a shuttle from the rental car back to the dealership was a bridge too far and ended up walking. Way over priced for the quality of service. Do not waste your time with this service department. More
