Great sales person but Crystal Treadway was a great sales person, one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Once I was sent to finance things went down hill. Crystal Treadway was a great sales person, one of the best I’ve had the pleasure of working with. Once I was sent to finance things went down hill. I signed a deal that was apparently too good to be true. It was a great payment that included a maintenance plan along with an extended warranty. I was told that the financing would be with one of two credit unions that were offering the same rate. I left with my new truck after being told they would get back to me with the final financing info. After not hearing from Tony in finance for over a week, I decided to call. I talked to Crystal who put me on hold while she checked with Tony and after a couple of minutes told me that Tony would get back to me. He never did. A few days later I called once again and spoke to Crystal who seemed surprised that Tony had not gotten back. Again she put me on hold and after a minute said that Tony was “sorry” and that he was going to call me right back. He didn’t and about an hour later I decided to call him. He apologized and then began to explain that he was unable to get the deal he had promised and that my payment was now going to be $30 more. I was not happy and told him that this was unacceptable. I asked what my options were and he said I could remove the maintenance plan and or the extended warranty and bring down the payment a bit and he also said I could return the vehicle. I told him I would decide and get back. A few days later I called to say I would keep the truck but to remove the extended warranty, something I really wanted to keep. I told him I would be there the next day to sign the new deal and he told me to give him a call an hour before I plan to be there and he would have the deal ready to go and that he would have me in and out in a hurry. I called the next day to say I would be there in an hour and he told me he would have the deal ready to go. I arrived at the dealership and ran in to Crystal. She told me that Tony was with one of her customers at the moment but that she would let him know I was there. She told me to have a seat in the waiting room. After forty minutes I went see Crystal to tell her that I was not going to wait any longer and to tell Tony that I would come by tomorrow. She was surprised to find that I was still there and went to check on Tony’s availability. She returned to tell me that Tony had apparently left. I was livid and let them know it. After a couple of minutes of them trying to reach Tony, another finance person came out and told me she would take care of me. After about an hour of sitting in her office while she tried to decipher the deal including trying to reach Tony by phone, I was finally able to sign a new deal. UNACCEPTABLE! More

As advertised and an easy, pleasant experience I wasn't planning on buying a car the other day...I was going to wait until the end of the month. But I had been looking for a good deal on a specifi I wasn't planning on buying a car the other day...I was going to wait until the end of the month. But I had been looking for a good deal on a specific car for over six months and when I came across the one at Sheehy, it was the most competitive price I had found so far. I was a bit skeptical, but I drove the three hours. Not only was the car exactly as advertised, the salesman Maxxx stayed late, was extremely helpful and pleasant (as was the rest of the staff), and even took the time to help me set up the tech. Overall outstanding experience and couldn't be happier. More

Great Car Buying Experience I went into Sheehy looking to test drive a used car I saw online. She took me out for a test drive and later that night let my husband and I take it o I went into Sheehy looking to test drive a used car I saw online. She took me out for a test drive and later that night let my husband and I take it out alone to discuss. We ended up buying that evening. She was great. I love that the reps here are not commission driven, she was not pushy at all. I have had the same car for 8 years and was honestly dreading going into a dealership. I had been looking online for a few months and putting off going in. I am glad the perfect car for us ended up here and us working with Crystal. Thanks for taking care of us! More

She presented options and her in-depth knowledge helped me find the best car for me and my family. She found exactly what I wanted and didn't try to upsell me. I have purchased 3 new cars from Sheehy in the last 14 months. I contacted many dealerships and Sheehy beat their prices. I paid about $4000 less than the lowest price on the web. The finance department found a great rate for me and I was in and out of the dealership in a couple of hours with the car I wanted at a price I could never have expected. In the last ten years I've had my cars serviced exclusively at Sheehy and that influenced my decision. I knew I would also get the best quality support from the Sheehy team. Buying my cars at Sheehy has always been a pleasant experience and they are far superior in every way to any dealership I have worked with. I'm sold on Sheehy. More
