We traveled almost 200 miles one way to see a car that I found online. I had been communicating with two different sales reps Nick C. and Mike B. Mike was able to cover for Nick while on a day off. Unlike some other dealerships, Mike did not turn his back on us after seeing that Nick was the primary contact. Nick was excellent and has earned our business. We bought a used car from the dealer and overall the process went very well. Our sales rep (Wesley) and the finance/admin rep were both very easy to talk to/ask questions and really did not pressure us process went very well. My only issue were some long-ish time periods where we waited around for paperwork to get done and the temp tags to be attached to the car, but overall process still warranted 5 stars. More
