I dropped my car the day before my appointment. My appointment was for a regular maintenance at 9:00 AM. I did get any updates until 4:40 pm saying my car was finally ready. This was the worst experience I have ever had when taking a car for service. Unprofessional staff that never informed me that the car service was complete.
