It was my first visit to Sheehy of Gaithersburg. I needed an alignment and some software updates to my Mustang MachE. Upon picking up my car the health check was not performed and the car was also not washed as they had promised. On a side note, the loaner that I requested when I made the appt was not available (although they did provide free Lyft service). Altogether, 3 missed opportunities to make me feel like a valued customer. More
