We bought a used car from the dealer and overall the process went very well. Our sales rep (Wesley) and the finance/admin rep were both very easy to talk to/ask questions and really did not pressure us process went very well. My only issue were some long-ish time periods where we waited around for paperwork to get done and the temp tags to be attached to the car, but overall process still warranted 5 stars. More
