Excellent customer service! We were looking for a new Ford Explorer ST. We did not have good luck finding one on VA. We searched online and came across Sheehy Ford of Gaithers We were looking for a new Ford Explorer ST. We did not have good luck finding one on VA. We searched online and came across Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. They were also the only dealership offering a rebate. We called before the sales dept was open but Abdullah Abdulmalek (Malek) took our call and we left VA to go look at the black Explorer. We left with the new vehicle the same morning. Malek in sales and David in finance were both superb and so easy to work with the wrap everything up. We will in the future go to a Sheehy dealership. More
