Our experience with Sheehy Ford Gaithersburg was an excellent one. The staff was friendly and the transaction was easy. Nick C. (sales) went above and beyond to work with our busy schedule. He even invited us to his home and after hours to view and test drive the vehicle there, since it was much closer to our home than the dealership. The day after our purchase, we noticed that there was a small tear in one of the window shades that was overlooked in the reconditioning process. We reached out to Nick and brought it to his attention. He explained that it was a wear and tear item, but rather than fight us on it, he ordered the part and offered to have it replaced at our convenience. After the repair was made, Nick made arrangements to have the vehicle delivered to my wife's place of work and ensured that it was done by a reputable third party. Nick was really responsive throughout the process and even after the purchase. David L., who assisted us with the transaction side of things was also easy to work with and responsive after the sale to address some minor paperwork things.
