I made an appointment to come test drive and Armik called me to let me know the car was not on the lot (so I didn’t drive 60 miles for nothing) As soon as the car was back on the lot, he called and saved the car for me until I got up there! I never felt pressured, everything was understandable and I walked in and out in 3 hours. And no hidden fees! I can’t tell you how many dealers I went to and the extra fees they had tacked on. I reserved a MM-E & waited 9. 5 months to receive it. I initially dealt with someone else but when I got the notification that my car had finally arrived, Armik (Mick) followed thr 5 months to receive it. I had asked for certain things to be done before I arrived & he made sure that was the case. He also showed me things about the car that I didn't already know & made sure my Ford Pass app on my smartphone was working the way it should before I left.
