I've come from a family of Chevrolet owners and I am the first one to branch off and buy a Ford. So far I am elated with my new Ford Edge and I would like to thank the entire staff of Sheehy, as I dealt wit first one to branch off and buy a Ford. I wasn't just a $$$ sign to the staff at Sheehy, and they took the time to really figure out what kind of car I wanted, and explain all of the options that were available to me. My salesman, Corey Ray, was able to locate the exact model and color at another dealership and had it delivered to the Gaithersburg location the very next day! I also want to note that as I was waiting in the service lane for my car to be ready, the service advisor staff were very friendly and I was approached multiple times inquiring if I needed any help. I feel very confident that I will be taken care of when its time for my vehicle to be serviced. I was shocked at how pain-free the car shopping experience was and I will most certainly recommend anyone to Sheehy Ford, Gaithersburg, if they are in the market to buy a car. Thanks again! More

Deceptive salespeople. Was given an "internet" price and arrived to find a $900 higher price due to a "delivery charge". When I refused to pay, the sales manager came by to berate me about wantin price and arrived to find a $900 higher price due to a "delivery charge". I tried to explain that competitive and deceptive are two different things. Just because you "got" me in the showroom, I'm not going to be pressured to buy at a price that is significantly higher than advertised. Dishonesty in the beginning of the relationship means I can never trust you as a salesperson moving forward. Bad business practice and ridiculous. Stay away from this place. I bought from another dealership the same night. More

I have been to many dealers to look at cars and trucks and I was treated like a "0"/nobody cause I was "young" 17 Y.O. Then I went to Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg where The Manager Mr. Lynes !!! Mr. Lynes, dedicated a sales associate to me (6 Hrs) that showed me the trucks I was interested in and took me for a "spin" in five different cars and trucks...... I could not belive the hospitality, dedication and the recognition I was given. I traded in my "Chevy" to my first F-150 and I have since then never looked back or even consider any other dealer than Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. I have traded and purchased 4 trucks and now driving a F-250. I have recomended and introduced 3 of my best friends to Mr. Lynes and Sheehy in Gaithersburg and they all bought their cars/trucks there and they did experienced the same treatment as I. I'm so confident that I'm getting the very best service, I even service my 1999 Ford Escort at this dealership...something many wouldn't do because of the age of the car. There is a reason why they are still around while other Ford dealers have disappeared throughout the area. We also routinely have our cars serviced there and also the body shop is top notch. On two separate occasions we've our vehicles in there for some minor dent and paint repair. They came back to us in a timely fashion and looking as good as new. More

I can't say enough about the sales service I received from this individual! I had been looking for that first perfect car for my 16 year old son. Our search took us all over NOVA - only to be disappoi from this individual! I had been looking for that first perfect car for my 16 year old son. Our search took us all over NOVA - only to be disappointed each time we saw the cars. We found this car online and I inquired about it. I wanted to know the exact condition of the car. Jason got in touch with me immediately - he even video taped the car and had it on UTUBE - it was an awesome way to view it without traveling the great distance. We finally traveled the 1 3/4 hr route one evening to see the car - in hopes of purchasing it. We arrived later than expected and Jason was very understanding and extremely courteous. Not only was he able to sell us the car - at a great price, but we were able to work it out so that we drove the car home that evening. He and a coworker stayed way past closing - helping us get through the deal. I believe the public is unaware of the long hours put in by these individuals (my father sold cars for over 20 years) and to stay later than expected after already putting in 8 - 10 hours is above and beyond the call of duty. My son is extremely happy with this purchase and I would definitely consider buying from Sheehy again! More

Specifically, Rafael was one of the most professional salesman I've met. He was very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. Cory Belcher did a fantastic job getting me what I needed on my two trade-in vehicles even though I had some negative equity in one of the vehicles. He was still able to make it work in my favor. And Kim from finance was a blast to work with. She made it such a fun experience and was very knowledgeable about all things related to finance. She even took special care of me because I am prior military, to include a nice show of gratitude for my service to our country. All three of them made me feel like a special customer and they all even stayed long past the closing hours to ensure my deal was closed properly and successfully. My experience at this Ford Dealership was one of the best I've ever had. No hassle, no pressure and a very fun, enjoyable experience. The recent problem with my Edge was fixed (tailgate door) and I have had no more issues with it. Corey Ray my service advisor, always has a smile on his face and is VERY happy to help me. I have all my oil changes and tire rotations done there as well. I plan on buying my next vehicle from Sheehy but with the service department keeping my Edge in good shape, it might not be for awhile. More
