The service was great. I needed to get my oil changes and tires rotated. The service took about 30 minutes and the car was even washed!!!!!! These guys are like a pit crew. A service advisor wrote up my order and got the process going. While waiting for my car I browsed the lot and found a helpfull (not pushy) salesperson that told me about the new Taurus. I got a call on my cell phone letting me know my car was ready. I even got a follow up call to make sure that everything was good the following day. The price of the service was $39.95 well below that of the "quick-lube" places. I would recommend them to anybody. More

I walk into the service department to be helped, and absolutely none of the staff greeted me, said hello, said hold on one minute or anything. I was about one foot in front of them for about 10 minutes before they would even help me. When they finally did, they weren't friendly, didn't say sorry for ignoring you, or anything. Just a functional comment of "what do you need?" Secondly, DISORGANIZED AND LIARS. I came in for a warranty repair on my car that i had scheduled. They told me they didn't have the parts and that they'd call me when the parts arrived. They said it would only be a couple of days. The parts did indeed arrive in a few days but no one called me (as of today its been six weeks later!). When I called to say I never got a call and its been over a month, Mary in service lied about the parts being in stock just to save face over her never calling me. Thirdly, THEY RETURNED THE CAR IN WORSE CONDITION. I went in to have my window tightened, and received it, not only with a still rattling window, but now the door handle doesn't work. More
Left 2006 Mustang GT 24hrs in service department for rear RT turn indicator light malfunction. Service needed to replace SMART BOX to supposedly solve problem. Picked car up after 24 hours returned home to find turn signal with same malfunction, and left my car at service immaculate clean only to receive it full of bird droppings as if it sat out all day unserviced. Called service advisor Corey Ray and was hung up on because my voice was not pleasing to him (NO FOWL LANGUAGE USED). I was upset due to the fact that 2 service employees spoke with me and passed me off to somebody else...Corey was #3 and I was very upset having to explain my problem 3X. Is this what you call after the sale service? I am in the medical profession and would be ashamed to treat a patient (CUSTOMER) in such a fashion. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH SHEEHY AGAIN AND I WILL TELL OF THIS EXPERIENCE TO EVERY PATIENT I SHOULD ENCOUNTER....I MAY BE ONE CUSTOMER LOST BUT I WILL SEEK OUT OTHER PATIENT CAR BUYERS!!! My experience has been terrible. I had to go the service center thrice to fix a car not starting issue. The truck has been in the garage for around 15 days with no mechanism of predicting when the call will center thrice to fix a car not starting issue. I just found this website and this incident happened in 2004. Took our car in for 2 issues, 1) engine light on and 2) A/C is not cooling. We got a quote for $1200 and thought it was too pricy, and w 2004. Took our car in for 2 issues, 1) engine light on and 2) A/C is not cooling. We got a quote for $1200 and thought it was too pricy, and wanted to get a second opinion with another mechanic. That's when we found out they charges $150 for diagnosis if we walk. Fine. So we asked them to do the work. After we picked up the car, we found that the A/C is still not cooling and engine light comes on again. Back in the shop. We got a call a couple days later, asking us to pay an additional $600 for the engine light issue. Why on earth did they charge $150 for diagnosis, when they couldn't even accurately estimate the work needed? We talked to the manager, and he agreed that we didn't have to pay the $600. When we picked up the car the second time, the front desk guy asked us to pay additional money AGAIN. We again complained to the manager and he agreed that we didn't have to pay. That's NOT the end of it. I would not be complaining if Sheehy actually did fix the car. They DID NOT. The A/C stopped cooling after 3 months. The engine light is back on after 6 months. Sheehy never fixed the car and has the nerve to charge us $1200 for it. We took our car to another mechanic, and he fixed the engine light issue for $400. You have been warned. This dealership is the shadiest I have ever seen. What's funny is, it turns out the front desk guy and I use the same babysitter. My husband saw him once at our babysitter's place, he recognized him and ran out the door. Go figure. More
