I have bought 3 cars in the past and this was my first time coming to Sheehy. I have to say that this was the easiest, most pleasant experience I have had. I bought my 2011 Ford Mustang Premium Coupe from this dealership just recently and I am very happy with how these guys treated me. The sales staff and the managers I work with were really friendly, very dealership just recently and I am very happy with how these guys treated me. I walked in the dealership during lunch time and roughly an hour and a half later drove out with my new car. That's how fast the service is. And no misleading negotiations or annoying price haggling. I absolutely love my car. Came back the next day and realized that I have some minor issues with my power seat and they took care of me. Days after I realized that I don't have a spare tire at the back of my trunk, contacted them and they took care of me. Apparently 2011's mustang doesn't come with spare tire but a tire repair kit and they ordered that for me. This could have been a stressful experience for a car buyer however, their after sale service is top notch and they stand to their word. They take care of their customers and I think every dealer in the area should follow their example. Hey it's your money and its your decision. My point is if you are going to spend that much, spend it wisely. Sometimes getting the car cheap doesn't always mean you got a good deal. It's really about customer service. More

I would like to single out Jason Klickna as the best sales person I have ever worked with while purchasing an auto. His subject matter expertise regarding the Ford Explorer was outstanding and he has g sales person I have ever worked with while purchasing an auto. Found a 2002 Taurus in our price range on Sheehy's Gaithersburg website. Details page indicated the car was at their Manassas store, but that they offer "FREE VEHICLE TRANSFERS TO ANY SHEEHY LOCATION. Gaithersburg website. I submitted contact info through the webpage, and Ralphael promptly responded, asking what car had my interest. I told him about the '02 Taurus, and he directed my attention to a 2003 model in their inventory. I had seen this car, but preferred the '02, based on mileage and its 1-owner classification. I replied that we'd take a look at the '03, but that the '02 was our first choice. The next morning (6/11/11), I received an e-mail from him with quotes for both vehicles (both a little over $1,000 higher than NADA clean retail value). I asked if that meant the '02 would be available that afternoon, to which he replied that the '03 would be available. I replied that we may not want to take the 45 minute drive if the '02 was not available, to which he never responded. We did ultimate travel to the dealership. All the internet reps were with customers, and another rep offered to get us started. I mentioned the '03, he looked a little confused, conferred with another rep, and came back to say it had "just been sold." He suggested a couple more models, none of which appealed to us, so we left. Had the '02 been there, we were likely to have purchased it. The worst part of the whole incident is that Ralphael never once would tell me he would not or could not get the '02 to Gaithersburg. Why not? More

Robert Buton explained all the Sync features,paired my phone,explinated navigation features and helped register on line...Paperwork was completed by David with clear and concise explinations...He is very knowledgeable and professional...enrollement in the SHEEHY VIP CLUB will save a lot of money on my maintenance costs...The $200 VIP Bucks will definately be used for another EDGE in 2013 @ Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg...I will recommend to all my family,friends and neighbors that SHEEHY FORD has the Nordstrom Attitude and Culture...Sheehy Revolutionized my "Car Buying Experience"...Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!! We went to see a specific used car willing to buy. Dan Gore told us that the car needed to pass inspection, so in order to reserve it, he needed it US$ 500 refundable deposit. We gave him our credit car and we tried to negotiated the price that very same day, hoping that everything would be fine with the inspection. He told us that agreeing with the final price was not necessary and that if we did not agree, the deposit was refundable. He even gave us a piece of paper with his handwritting that states "refundable deposit". Unfortunately, we did not agree in the price. His manager was very nasty on the phone and he didn't want to return our deposit. The following day of the conversation with the Ford manager, we bought a new car. A month has passed, my credit card has been charged and still the deposit has not been returned. I felt like if I've been robbed!! and I am still trying to get my deposit back....I guess I need to file a small claim in court. Carmen Montgomery More

We did our homework before going into the dealer, but Jason's customer service was excellent. Before the purchase, he was not pushy nor tried any of the stereotypical tactics, which was refreshing for us. Even more important to us, was his level of customer service after the purchase. Roughly a week later we came in with questions about the radio service, he spent 30-45 minutes helping us work through an issue over the phone. He could have told us that we were on our own, but because he didn’t, we will remember that for any future purchases. Thanks Jason! More
