Michael Engelmann helped me with a new car sale. He seemed to really be interested in the cars he was selling which made the process fun. He even pulled an iPod out of his pocket and went through all of the capabilities of the Sync system. He spent a lot of time with me to make sure I left with the car I really wanted (but didn't even know it before I arrived!).
