To sum it up, we have purchased many personal and a few service truck vehicles and never had such a pleasant experience and appreciated the fact that they were not only honest but knew time was important since we have a small business and do it all. I had been researching online for a month or so for an Explorer Limited and ended up signing up with True Car of which Sheehy is a certified dealer. I was contacted by 3 certified dealers. I chose Sheehy Explorer Limited and ended up signing up with True Car of which Sheehy is a certified dealer. I was contacted by 3 certified dealers. I chose Sheehy as it was closer to home. Koby contacted me and was very friendly and pleasant. I set up an appointment to come down and test drive an explorer. I knew what I wanted and the color I wanted. Koby did not have that color on his lot and immmediately went to work tracking one down. There were 2 at other locations. Koby told me that there would be not problem getting one of those trucks. I also knew what I wanted to pay and Koby got me that price with no haggling back and forth which was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had at a dealer and was very insturmental in my purchasing the truck that day. I have bought new vehicles before and ended up walking out of the dealership. The truck arrived and the detail department did a wonderful job on cleaning it. Koby was very knowledgeable, intelligent, and friendly but also with a good sense of humor which is important. He was patient on explaining the Ford Touch system as that is all new to me. My sons tell me I am old school! He even fed us their pizza for lunch!
