Since the first visit to Sheehy during our information gathering and test drive phase, the Sheehy staff were attentive, but not pushy. After a number of email exchanges to explicitly and clearly confirm the agreed offer, at my final double-check, Cory mentioned that he misunderstood what we had discussed, and altered the dealer offer. To my chagrin, we continued with negotiations and finally came to an end deal. Once we came into the dealership to finalize the offer, Andre Hammond took over the face-to-face paperwork. Andre was very pleasant and after some wrangling with him and Sheehy used car staff on a trade-in, we completed the transaction. Meaghan Jordan was a delight, explaining and making sure we understood where to find information in the myriad of manuals. Both Andre and Meaghan welcomed our questions at the time of sale and after. Meaghan was anxious to make sure we were taken care of when it came time to install the ordered options. She was even able to order and have one of the options delivered prior to others so that we would have them ready for a trip we were taking in the new car. Andre readily helped and made sure the initial available options were installed without issues.
