When I finally reached out typo Sheehy they were the only ones not to play a game and the price I was quoted (out the door) was exactly what was on the paperwork when I signed. I thought maybe it was just Ralph and not a Sheehy thing but when I was paired with Michael (finance) he took the time to ask about my plans with the car, my overall thought about the total price of the car or if I was really interested in keeping to a monthly payment. Great experience - was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks guys!! More

Our Sales Rep Raphael Harrison was very friendly and professional. No pressure at all. I purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 - the price was the best I found in the area. Raphael had the vehicle ready to go when I stopped in. There was no back and forth with the Sales Manager - just went right with the advertised internet price and added a military discount. When I let Raphael know I had pre-approved financing with USAA, he and the finance department accepted it right away without trying to pressure me to go with Ford Motor Credit. The finance portion of the sale went great as well - quick, no pressure. Jason offered us a couple of different packages, but did not at all pressure us to get them or delay the process trying to convince us to accept them. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Sheehy Ford Gaithersburg and heartily recommend them! More

I've been buying vehicles for over fourty years and by far this was the BEST experience I've ever had. Our sales person, Mike Engelman was very knowlegible and spent countless hours with us taking abo by far this was the BEST experience I've ever had. Our sales person, Mike Engelman was very knowlegible and spent countless hours with us taking about every aspect of the Ford Taurus we chose to take out for a test ride. When we returned to the showroom to discuss the purchase Mike also took the time to be sure to explain the purchase process; the extended warrenty this "Certified Used" Ford carried; and also answered all our questions with expertise. His love of the Ford product was apparent. Once the purchase was completed, Mike also spent another hour or more helping to set up our "Sync" account; adding in my cell phone and showing me the many other features the Taurus had before we left the lot. Mike also said if there were any questions to feel free to contact him. Sheehy Ford should be proud to have a Sales Person of Mike's caliber. I will recommend him to everyone. More

Ralphael, an internet sales rep, responded to my inquiry online inquiry. I met with Ralphael who was training a sales rep by the name of Brandon. They both did a fantastic job. They had me in an out and on my way in the vehicle that interested me in no time. They made buying a car at Sheehy a stress free experience. This is the best experience I've had by far at any dealership. Both of them were knowledgeable and they even offered to help me set up the bluetooth hands free feature on the vehicle. I notice a squeal with my brakes and another minor issue. I contacted Ralpheal who immediately set up an appt. to look at the vehicle first to address my concerns and then he helped me set up an appt. to drop the car off for service. Ralpheal went out of his way to accommodate me during the service process. He stayed with me the entire time and even made sure I had the contact information for the Service Dept. just in case I had any further questions. If you want to feel like the only customer in the world purchasing a vehicle, please see Ralpheal or Brandon. The only negative to my experience is person I dealt with during the financing process never told me he was adding me to the Sheehy VIP Club (which cost additional money)! I figured this out when I got home and read over my materials. He did mention that Sheehy would service my vehicle but never explained that the reason is because he added basically a service contract in addition. However, I don't want what he did to overshadown the excellence in service provided by these two sales reps. Overall the experience with Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg was awesome (aside from the adding a service contract without explaining). It may be worth keeping. I will look it over but I think that you should explain what is being added clearly. Thank you Ralphael and Brandon for the professional and courteous customer service that you provide. More
