Great Stress free experience I looked on line for a Fusion. Saw the one I was interested in, put a hold on it and Kevinth Nunez called me within 10 minutes. He was very friendly a I looked on line for a Fusion. Saw the one I was interested in, put a hold on it and Kevinth Nunez called me within 10 minutes. He was very friendly and pleasant. He had the car for our test drive ready when we came in. He explained the car to us. Not all of it sank in. We talked to Shelly, who was also very friendly and informative. We then went to Michael Zeller for financing. He was also friendly. He answered our questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I will go back to them if I am in need of another vehicle. Great price for a 2016 Fusion and good trade-in amount for my 2005 Ford. I don't enjoy shopping for cars, but my experience at Sheehy with Miguel Mora was relat for a 2016 Fusion and good trade-in amount for my 2005 Ford. The worst car buying experience of "my" LIFE Buying a car with cash should never be this difficult. This dealership has very very poor customer service skills. It's not just the "employees communication skills" the dealer simply doesn't care. The sales rep's don't have voice mails systems. There phones ring indefiantly. Therefore, the only way to reach the sales rep's is to contact them on there personal cell phones. They force you to give your email address and personal info to look at the cars. Consider my review a favor the New Year "2016". GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! More

Best place to buy a Ford I bought a 2016 Mustang in December 2015. This was my second Mustang purchase from this Sheehy location. The first was in 2002 and I'm still driving I bought a 2016 Mustang in December 2015. This was my second Mustang purchase from this Sheehy location. The first was in 2002 and I'm still driving it. It is a little out of the way for me since I live in West Virginia, but its definitely worth the drive. I won't go anywhere else. Working with David Gray, Joe Evans, and Michael Zeller made for an outstanding car buying experience. These guys take a personal interest in their customers and work hard to assure the deal goes through. Couldn't be happier with my purchase and look forward to returning to Sheehy in Gaithersburg the next time I buy a vehicle. More
