Upon entering the dealership, the salespeople were nice, friendly, not pushy. I could walk around and study vehicles w/o getting hounded. Because of the service there I went to Sheehy when looking for a new car. In sales I was helped by Claud Wood (Woody) and Koby Boakye. Both were friendly and extremely easy to work with…..each went with me on a test drive…they helped me find the car I wanted and were very helpful in explaining features on the Focus Titanium that I purchased. I inquired about a used 2008 Ford Edge I saw on the internet. I went in to see Andre but due to him not being available, he quickly handed me over to Peter. Peter promptly attended to me and showed me the vechicle I was interested in. We went on a test drive and Peter was friendly and knowledgable about the Ford Edge. After the test drive, I was pretty much sold on the vechicle. Peter helped me start on the paper work and began car buying process. This process is always time consuming, but Peter and the finance manager were very prompt in completing the transaction as soon as possible. A few different managers came over and thanked me for coming in while I waited for the paper word to be completed on the back end. All in all I was very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend Peter and Ford Sheehy for a good car buying experience! More
