He was honest with the pros and cons of the vehicle (Fusion Hybrid) I bought. Having done my homework, I knew I got the best price in the area. This, by the way was the 3rd car I purchased here. Because of the service there I went to Sheehy when looking for a new car. In sales I was helped by Claud Wood (Woody) and Koby Boakye. Both were friendly and extremely easy to work with…..each went with me on a test drive…they helped me find the car I wanted and were very helpful in explaining features on the Focus Titanium that I purchased. They both made the car buying experience a pleasant one. I would highly recommend all 3 of these fellows to work with……Woody and Koby in sales and JD in service! More

I inquired about a used 2008 Ford Edge I saw on the internet. I went in to see Andre but due to him not being available, he quickly handed me over to Peter. Peter promptly attended to me and showed me the vechicle I was interested in. We went on a test drive and Peter was friendly and knowledgable about the Ford Edge. After the test drive, I was pretty much sold on the vechicle. Peter helped me start on the paper work and began car buying process. This process is always time consuming, but Peter and the finance manager were very prompt in completing the transaction as soon as possible. A few different managers came over and thanked me for coming in while I waited for the paper word to be completed on the back end. All in all I was very pleased with my experience. I would definitely recommend Peter and Ford Sheehy for a good car buying experience! More

I have gone to Sheehy of Gaithersburg for years, I have even bought two Fords from them. Recently, I was changing the license plates on one of my vehicles when the nuts holding the license plates on stripp even bought two Fords from them. Recently, I was changing the license plates on one of my vehicles when the nuts holding the license plates on stripped. The plate was expiring that day, and I was in a time crunch as well. I went to Sheehy and Kyle (Boorstein) was incredibly helpful removing the plate, replacing the bolts and sending me on my way. From the second I got inside, he made me feel like I was number one priority. This is only one of the many times I have used the service department and Kyle in particular and I will definitely continue to use him in the future. More

Everyone that I encountered did a great job. The finance manager Michael Zeller recommended that I leased my new truck and educated me on the new types of leasing.
