I've been buying vehicles for over fourty years and by far this was the BEST experience I've ever had. When we returned to the showroom to discuss the purchase Mike also took the time to be sure to explain the purchase process; the extended warrenty this "Certified Used" Ford carried; and also answered all our questions with expertise. His love of the Ford product was apparent. Once the purchase was completed, Mike also spent another hour or more helping to set up our "Sync" account; adding in my cell phone and showing me the many other features the Taurus had before we left the lot. Mike also said if there were any questions to feel free to contact him. Sheehy Ford should be proud to have a Sales Person of Mike's caliber. I will recommend him to everyone. More

Ralphael, an internet sales rep, responded to my inquiry online inquiry. I met with Ralphael who was training a sales rep by the name of Brandon. They both did a fantastic job. This is the best experience I've had by far at any dealership. Both of them were knowledgeable and they even offered to help me set up the bluetooth hands free feature on the vehicle. I notice a squeal with my brakes and another minor issue. I contacted Ralpheal who immediately set up an appt. to look at the vehicle first to address my concerns and then he helped me set up an appt. to drop the car off for service. Ralpheal went out of his way to accommodate me during the service process. He stayed with me the entire time and even made sure I had the contact information for the Service Dept. just in case I had any further questions. If you want to feel like the only customer in the world purchasing a vehicle, please see Ralpheal or Brandon. The only negative to my experience is person I dealt with during the financing process never told me he was adding me to the Sheehy VIP Club (which cost additional money)! I figured this out when I got home and read over my materials. He did mention that Sheehy would service my vehicle but never explained that the reason is because he added basically a service contract in addition. However, I don't want what he did to overshadown the excellence in service provided by these two sales reps. Overall the experience with Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg was awesome (aside from the adding a service contract without explaining). It may be worth keeping. I will look it over but I think that you should explain what is being added clearly. Thank you Ralphael and Brandon for the professional and courteous customer service that you provide. More

Sheehy had the best price among 5 dealers that I contacted. Eric Jarvis was very responsive with numerous questions that I had as I compared the offers.
