David got us into the exact truck we wanted and Mike got us the payments we wanted. The entire process didn't take long at all and we were very satisfied with Sheehy, even more so since we had such terrible experiences at other dealers. However, noting our satisfaction from the start was short lived. About two weeks after we purchased the truck, we realized the Owner's Manual was for a Ford Explorer and the security code with the manual didn't work with the truck. I have been in communication (albeit no one returned my call for 5 days) with Gus and David for a resolution. Living over an hour away from the dealership, just "stopping by" for them to plug in the truck for the security code wasn't an option. Finally, after several conversations and much run around, Megan Jordan was able to offer a reasonable solution and has agreed to pay for the fee that is necessary for us to take the truck to another dealership to get the code. More
