Alex even sent us a video of our vehicle so we could see exactly what we were purchasing. On the day we arrived, Alex picked us up from the metro and brought us to the dealership. Best New Car dealership I have ever worked with. I dealt with a sales representative who was fantastic and super patient who goes by the name AJ (Afshin Javadi). He worked with me on my schedule, th I dealt with a sales representative who was fantastic and super patient who goes by the name AJ (Afshin Javadi). He worked with me on my schedule, through repeated changes of vehicle, requirements (mine) and it took him over 2 months to assist me. He did not call me incessantly but did check back every week or so to see if I was still interested but he did not pressure me. I ultimately decided to move forward with a purchase for my daughter but I will be going back to Sheehy and if AJ is still there I will work with him again when it is time for my next purchase. The folks in the finance department went above and beyond as well with my unique and difficult deal and I got a fantastic rate based on my average credit. Thanks again.
