Pretty Good Experience Myrtena was great. Very knowledgeable about the product & as accommodating as she could be. We spent 5 hours together to pick out the vehicle & option Myrtena was great. Very knowledgeable about the product & as accommodating as she could be. We spent 5 hours together to pick out the vehicle & options that I required. Long process but not terrible. Overall the experience was good. I will say though that she did call over her manager at one point during our negotiations, I believe his name was "Joe". He encouraged me to "leave & go price check other dealerships", which in my mind meant that he was not willing to negotiate & would have let me walk out & go next door to King KIA to purchase a vehicle. Very dangerous game. But, I had already invested several hours with Myrtena at that point. Perhaps he didn't have the time to spend, which is why our meeting took all of three minutes. Shelley was great in terms of attempting to sell me add ons after the car was purchased & Jason in the finance department was fantastic as well. Myrtena was great! More
