When I finally reached out typo Sheehy they were the only ones not to play a game and the price I was quoted (out the door) was exactly what was on the paperwork when I signed. I thought maybe it was just Ralph and not a Sheehy thing but when I was paired with Michael (finance) he took the time to ask about my plans with the car, my overall thought about the total price of the car or if I was really interested in keeping to a monthly payment. Great experience - was in and out in less than an hour. Thanks guys!! More

Our Sales Rep Raphael Harrison was very friendly and professional. No pressure at all. I purchased a 2014 Ford Mustang V6 - the price was the best I found in the area. Raphael had the vehicle ready to go when I stopped in. There was no back and forth with the Sales Manager - just went right with the advertised internet price and added a military discount. When I let Raphael know I had pre-approved financing with USAA, he and the finance department accepted it right away without trying to pressure me to go with Ford Motor Credit. The finance portion of the sale went great as well - quick, no pressure. Jason offered us a couple of different packages, but did not at all pressure us to get them or delay the process trying to convince us to accept them. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Sheehy Ford Gaithersburg and heartily recommend them! More
