I moved about an hour away since then so I had looked at several other dealers that were closer but none compared to Sheehy of Gaithersburg. It was definitely worth the hour drive to make the purchase from Sheehy. The dealer had a very relaxed feel as soon as we walked in the door. No one pressured us to look at cars, in fact when we were ready to discuss cars we had to seek someone out (there were plenty of sales people). After we had decided on a model, our sales rep helped us to compare and select the perfect car for us. We ended up purchasing an SUV right off the floor and are very happy with the purchase. After we decided, the sales rep got the car prepared while we dealt with the finance department. The whole process (once we decided on our car) took approximately 90 minutes. Definitely a great dealer and I will be coming back here when I'm ready to purchase my next car. More

I had the most thrilling and exciting feeling at Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg. I really felt like everyone heard me out and understood what I wanted. I dealt with Kate, my first impression within the first 30seconds was awesome. I felt like she was helping me through it all, never felt pressured or felt apprehensive. I visited other ford dealerships and was disgusted, I'm so glad I got a phone call from Kate. I would say she is the most friendliest, polite and professional salesperson I have met. I'd strongly advise on visiting Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg and have Kate give you a positive joyful experience when making your next vehicle purchase. One could only hope that there was a Kate in every dealership. You can be a standout leader, sell great product but if you don't have exemplary employees you'll fall short. I'd also like to add, Jason in finance made everything clear for me to understand. He kept me informed on every aspect and he too made my purchase stay positive. I never got harassing calls, annoyed or irritated. I got the car I wanted, had the best purchase experience ever and now have made another relationship for years to come. I went to the Sheehy Ford 's Gaithersburg showroom on 2/27/2016. I checked ford's official website that the manufacturer provides 0% ATR through 4/4. However, AJ told me firmly that the 0% ATR ends in two days. Moreover, AJ is totally rudeness and treated me and my wife without any respect. I am wondering why why this dealer got so many good reviews! The price offered by AJ is apparently higher than I got from other dealers. So I went away and will buy from another dealer this weekend. More
