Kate had to deal with my very specific wants, needs and limited purchasing power. I still don't know how she was able to do it, but I am extremely grateful and completely satisfied. She answered all my questions and concerns with honesty and integrity and I was treated with courtesy and respect. I plan to return to Kate when it is time to purchase a new truck. We'd been to another Ford Dealer a little closer to home and received a lower-cost offer on an upgraded model of the car we ultimately purchased. As is our custom we shopped around to be sure that the deal we were after was the best we could get. When we approached Kate with a request that she meet that offer, she was up front and told us that she could not, and suggested that the other Dealer's offer sounded too-good-to-be-true.When we went to acquire the lower-cost car, the price was raised and the promises made were rescinded. The other Dealer's staff fully admitted that they had reached to far, and were unable to meet the commitment they had made, We returned to Kate and Sheehy, and worked out a deal wit which we were comfortable. Eventually I knew I needed to make time to check out the vehicles I was primarily interested in - either the Focus or the Fusion. Having a small windows of opportunity, I went to Sheehy and spent a few minutes with Kate, looked at both models and settled on Focus as my preferred model but did not test drive that day. I planned a return visit when I thought I would have more time to test drive and make a firm decision. I returned, test drive and closed the deal in a relatively painless and expeditious matter. Kate and other staff supporting the sale were all friendly and considerate of my time. More

And it, like all cars uses bluetooth to communicate with my phone. Bluetooth is not wifi. That is why cell phones have both bluetooth and "wifi". They are separate hardware items. My bluetooth is fine in the car, works great, better now that I have an Android phone even........HOWEVER.......... There is no internet communication any more. Hasn't been for about 6 weeks. I have tried now twice, yes twice, to get the modem fixed/replaced, Don't tell me there is no modem. There likely was indeed some sort of computer based cooling problem with the car. The engine light came on last week, and went off, a few times. Then it seemed to be ok, no engine light when for 2 days or when I drove it in this morning. I continue to have no wifi communication from my car. You did not fix this at all. So I am beyond not satisfied, I am angry. To further my anger, I am a close friend of Dan Gore. To have anyone tell me he does not know his cars, does not know THIS car, is as insulting to me as it is to him. JD was rude, made me angry when I was only upset, called me angry. So, in reaction to this poor service I have asked Dan to try to address the issue. He is certain the MODEM that the car HAS TO HAVE because it did specifically ask for my wifi both when it was new and after I did a full reset in hopes that that would fix the wifi. It did not. Nor did Sheehy Ford fix it. Two visits and it is still broken. I recommend no one visit this dealership. It sucks. More

I started chatting with Edward Olson online and he answered some of my questions. He suggested I go and look at the car I was interested in and take it for a test drive. I went there the following day and I ended up getting my dream car. It's been only a few days and it was the best decision. I absolutely love it!! Edward Olson provided an excellent service and was very helpful and patient with all my questions. I would definitely recommend him to assist you with buying your new car. For most people buying a car is a stressful experience, but mine was very pleasurable. Thank you Edward and Jason (finance manager)!!! More

I rode AMTRAK up from Suffolk to DC, then caught the Metro out to Rockville where they picked me up and brought me to the dealership. Closed the deal as agreed, drove my car home. Bonus they beat my interest rate that the Credit Union offered, so I ended up with a lower payment than expected. More
Waste of time & money I was interested in a specific Fusion Hybrid (new) at this dealership. I live 2.5 hours (without traffic) from the dealership, so had been in contact I was interested in a specific Fusion Hybrid (new) at this dealership. I live 2.5 hours (without traffic) from the dealership, so had been in contact with the salesperson (Kate) for a while prior to my appointment for a test-drive (at which point I likely would have made the purchase). Two days prior to my arrival, I became concerned when the vehicle disappeared from the website. I inquired, and was only able to get ahold of Kate when I was forwarded to her - not by calling directly. She repeatedly stated that the vehicle was there. I confirmed again the morning I set off for the test drive and she responded the same way. I called halfway to the dealership and guess what, no answer. I left a message asking for her to call if it was sold (as I had asked previously). I suspect you know where this story is going. I get there, she plays dumb and the manager informs her that the vehicle was sold 'that morning'. You can call that neglect or incompetence, but I call it flat out lying. That vehicle had almost certainly been sold when it came off of the website. There were no appointments on the board that day for anyone interested in a hybrid Fusion, and it would have been unlikely for someone to get in there and to have finished the purchasing process by 12:30am. If you are interested in a vehicle here and live far away - think again. You'll likely waste your time. The dealership wasted 8 hours of my day (we are talking Northern Virginia/Maryland traffic here) and didn't even seem apologetic - despite the nominal "sorry". The least they could have done was to reimburse me for the gas to come up there - or give me some sort of giftcard to make it worthwhile, but no. They just wanted me there to sell me anything. Stay away from these liars. There are better sales-people out there (even if you assume they all lie - some are better than others). More
