We originally were looking at used cars but decided we could get MORE of the things we wanted for almost the same price as a new. After driving 2 other MKXs and 2 other MKCs we went back to Mike. We have put 500 more miles on our MKC in less than a week then the 54 it had when we bought it I was not to happy with the price of the vehicle even though the dealership has a no haggle price policy, EVEN after the rebates and discounts we got but, that is more a LINCOLN issue since we saw the invoice. Maybe Lincoln or dealership can offer a additional discount for military members. More

Returning to the Ford family My partner and I had been looking at a variety of used vehicles over the past few months to determine which would best meet our criteria. After narrowing the search, we found one on the Sheehy website. The initial contact was a bit confusing when we were told that we had to make an appointment to look at the car. When Kate called us right back, she not only cleared up the confusion, she also impressed us with her professionalism. We were willing to drive out of VA and in to MD (an almost 45 minute drive) just so we could check out the Ford Escape we saw online and also to deal directly with Kate. From the warm greeting to the sincere "thank you" as we were handed the keys, the entire process was seamless. The Finance Manager (I believe his name is Michael) made the paperwork process effortless. We joked and chatted like old friends in his office as he zipped through all the forms that needed to be completed.
