Recent experiences had me believing this dealership had improved, right up until it didn't. 1,800 dollar repair for a rodent biting through wires, where the bill has nothing to do with parts or labor. I asked if the bill could be broken down in time and effort and material charges, and the break down was the single 1,800 dollar charge. I know for a fact it took less than 4 hours to repair and zero materials because I was told so and provided exact dates, times and level of effort (good job here!). I'm accustomed to good dealerships like fitzgerald for example that will work with their customers when they are getting the worst end of the situation. Sheehy showed zero interest in this kind of customer service. I've been going here as a matter of convenience but this is definitely my last experience More
