I drove down from Philadelphia, PA to purchase this SUV and met KATE V. She was knowledgable and LISTENED to me. Kate went out of her way to make sure I got what I wanted. She found a beautiful SUV within my price range that gave me many extras. She explained clearly everything related to the sale . There was no double talk just great customer service. She got the best deal for my trade-in. Sheehy handled the tags and taxes with both Maryland & Pennsylvania. All I did was listen and relax.
