This was our first ever new car purchase, and the process was smooth and painless. Kate was able to answer all of our questions and went out of her way to make us comfortable and provide a hassle-free experience. Next, we met with Jason in the Financing department, who was also very knowledgeable and friendly. He presented us with several different financing strategies and patiently answered the many questions we had about each one. By the time we signed the papers, our new car was parked out front--washed, vacuumed, detailed, and ready to drive home. Before we drove off the lot, however, Kate spent a few more minutes with us connecting our phones to Sync, walking us through the navigation system, and explaining a few other key features of the vehicle.
