My wife and I used the USAA car buying service which allows the military to view dealership inventory and vehicle costs with ease through USAA's website. I SINCERELY appreciate dealerships that partner with USAA for ease of use and military benefit. We saw the vehicle we wanted, at the price we wanted, so we came in to purchase. Mr David was very easy going and friendly, and provided excellent service. Any and all questions were answered, and after the test drive and paperwork was completed, we waited. And waited, and waited, and waited some more... this is where the small hiccup occured. After inquiring what the holdup was, we were informed that there was a queue of about 6 other people all trying to finalize with finance at the same time. Now I completely understand that this is something out of the dealership's control, but just as a supervisor looking outside in, I would have tried to get extra personnel in to help alleviate wait times sooner, which they finally did. (This was after our newborn had his crying sessions, and after I had left to go and purchase dinner.) However, by this time my bank was closed and I couldn't finalize the finance portion on my end until Monday morning. Mr Klickna offered a temporary solution and we were able to drive our new vehicle home that night, we which also appreciated. Overall it was a great experience, full of friendly knowledgeable personnel, and I would recommend to others for purchasing vehicles. I do have one last question for Mr David on a side note... What's up with the half tank of gas?! = P More

Of the four dealers responding, the rep at the Sheehy Ford in Gaithersburg, Kevinth Nunez, was by far the most attentive to my requests for information. He even went so far as to video the car I was interested in and sent that to me with his running commentary. He also responded to my request for financial analysis on Ford Financing vs, Lease so I could determine whether it made sense to trade -in my Volvo. We did all this by email, saving me a lot of time. Some other dealer reps just want to get you into the dealership and are evasive or unwilling to do the extra work when you ask them for financial analysis like this.
