I'm a difficult customer - I do a lot of research and have a good idea of what I want and am willing to pay before I walk into a dealership. I walked out from a few dealers near my home when sales or F&I started to play games with the prices they quoted by email. I then contacted Kate at Sheehy. It was a refreshing experience to say the least. We came up with a deal that matched my needs on a 2015 Fusion Energi Titanium. I drove off the lot the same day. There were no games, changes or delays. Jason in F&I explained the options available for warranties, service programs, etc. If I wasn't interested he didn't pressure me at all. When I was interested he explained everything clearly and worked with me to find the right combination of services and price to fit my needs and budget.
