Great Stress free experience I looked on line for a Fusion. Saw the one I was interested in, put a hold on it and Kevinth Nunez called me within 10 minutes. He had the car for our test drive ready when we came in. He explained the car to us. Not all of it sank in. We talked to Shelly, who was also very friendly and informative. We then went to Michael Zeller for financing. He was also friendly. He answered our questions. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. I will go back to them if I am in need of another vehicle. It's not just the "employees communication skills" the dealer simply doesn't care. The sales rep's don't have voice mails systems. There phones ring indefiantly. Therefore, the only way to reach the sales rep's is to contact them on there personal cell phones. They force you to give your email address and personal info to look at the cars. Consider my review a favor the New Year "2016". GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! More
