I stopped in this past Tuesday to look at the car and to test drive. AJ was not working but Kate Van Arnum helped me. I told Kate that I was not ready to buy, but wanted look the car over with my son. Kate did not pressure at all. I spoke to AJ on Thursday and set an appointment for Saturday morning and made the deal and worked with Micheal in finance. Micheal got us a great rate (1.9%) for a used car. I have been to other dealerships that I purchased a 2016 Ford Explorer XLT a few days ago. I have been researching for over a year for a new/used car. I have been to other dealerships that would say anything to get you to travel to them but once you are there they would show you cars that you are not interested in or would just be very unprofessional. I did not get that from Patrice at all. I found the car that I wanted online on a Sunday and knew I wanted to purchase it right away. I was so happy to see that Sheehy of Gaithersburg was open on a Sunday. I called in and was transferred to Patrice. I was very lucky to get Patrice as my salesman because he was very knowledgeable and very welcoming. I arrived with a little less than an hour before they closed and not once did I feel rushed. He already had my car cleaned and ready and all I had to do was test drive it, get the tutorial of all the features, and I was ready to sign my papers. Even a few days later he called just to make sure everything was good and to see if he could help with anything else. I recommend Patrice Tekeda to everyone!! We found the one we wanted on the Sheehy of Gaithersburg's site, a brand new Explorer Sport. We called and spoke with Koby Noble in sales. From the first time we spoke with Koby he was on our side and more of a liaison for us than a salesman. He did everything we wanted and jumped through the hoops we place in front of him. We were not an easy sale but he stuck with us and was more than helpful. Then we spoke with Joe, a sales manager. He was very polite and also did all he could to make us happy. Being three hours away made negotiations somewhat tedious but they were willing to do anything they could to help us. When we arrived at the dealership we were met by Koby, He had the car ready for us. We made the deal and made the walk to the dreaded finance manager. We met Corey Ray. Corey was a good guy, not pushy nor did he try and sell us anything we didn't want. He told us of some options we had but was totally fine with whatever we wanted. The bottom line is we left with a brand new car at a great price and felt good about it. The time we spent at Sheehy of Gaithersburg was pleasant and relaxed, a very good experience. More
