Wesley Jarvis and David in finance were amazing! Definitely masters of their craft. Wesley found the vehicle I was looking for in 15 minutes. And David was very patient with my 78 eight year old mother, who was out of state and trying to learn how to use the computer. I did have one problem however, with Joe Evans. He should be working at a corner used car dealership. He scammed my mother out of $800 and had no problem with it. And would not change it. We had agreed on a price and the next day it went up by $500 and then he decided to tag on another $300 to bring it from Richmond to Gaithersburg. That was not in the deal. He literally has the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life. But once again, Wesley and David were amazing and they are the only reason that this deal went through. More

I bought a 2022 Mustang GT-Premium Convertible. Malek was right on top of things and Reza was fun to work with and got the deal done. Other than the fact that their Car Fax did not indicate the car had been in an accident, they did not do service repairs indicated by a factory recall (Backup screen ) the left speaker was defective tir the car had been in an accident, they did not do service repairs indicated by a factory recall (Backup screen ) the left speaker was defective tires were pumped up to 39 lbs the keyfobs both needed batteries I had to drive 3 and a half hours to get there (not their fault) They never returned my EZ Pass. They never told me the owner's manual was in the car (yellow Tab) AND The car needed some touch-up paint on the right side door. Besides all that The Mustang Echo boost Premium was a good buy. 2016 with just over 31K On the positive side, They paid me 1000 more for my leased vehicle over dealers in my local area, They also evidently got a hood dent removed by a drilled-out hole in the underside of the hood because the dent-less repair person left metal fillings near the battery area. The person left the hole without any metal rust protection such as WD 40. More
