As with other dealerships, Patrice asked how I wanted to be contacted but unlike those other places, he actually stuck with my request. If there was something he needed to communicate to me, he did so via email (as requested) and didn't inundate me with messages! He is very easy going and very easy to talk to. He was thorough when explaining my new cars features and genuine when he said to contact him about any questions or concerns I have. When it is time to get a new car, I ABSOLUTELY will be visiting Patrice again! More

Absolute Worst Car Buying and Dealership Experience EVER!!! After working with a salesperson for over a week, I went back to the dealership with my wife on a Tuesday a few days after my initial visit to show he After working with a salesperson for over a week, I went back to the dealership with my wife on a Tuesday a few days after my initial visit to show her the vehicle, we had limited time due to family that was in from out of town for the holiday weekend. The following day I went back to the dealership with my wife to agree on a price and get the paperwork started. After having been there an hour and a half, which was a half hour after closing time, I walked up to the sales tower and asked how long it would be until I got into the business managers office (there was only one F&I person working). The used car manager very nonchalantly turns around to look at the deal folders and tells me there are two people in front of me. After a short while I go back up to the sales tower and speak with the new car manager, who tells me that I can take the car and come back with the money either Friday or Saturday. I advised him that I hadn’t planned on taking the vehicle that night but did expect to complete the paperwork. He tells me that it’s going to be a while longer and in his experience the longer a customer waits the unhappier they become. He then tells me I can come back Friday or Saturday whichever is more convenient for me to pick up the vehicle and that they would not sell the vehicle. Now it’s Thursday and I get a text message from the salesperson that there is another party from out of town interested in the same vehicle and if I don’t come in to at least complete the paperwork, he’s afraid the sales manager is going to sell the vehicle to the other party. So I leave work early and go to my bank to get a check for the vehicle. The salesperson I was working with was off at 5:00pm and I didn’t leave my bank until after 6:00pm. I get a voicemail from another salesperson who tells me she is helping the original salesperson and that the other party is her customer but she let the other customer know I was buying the vehicle. Friday I leave work early again to go and buy the vehicle, on my way I call the dealership to let them know I’m on my way and they tell me the vehicle is no longer available and they are selling it to the other party from out of town, which by the way is not a neighboring state. I was a few minutes from the dealership and went there to find out why they had been untruthful, unprofessional and unfair. I arrive and ask to speak to the GM, whom I’m told is not in. I speak with the GSM who brings in the used car manager and they proceed to tell me that the new car manager did not tell me what he told me and there was nothing they could do because the person from out of town had already been driving for four hours . I have been bringing my other Ford to this location for service for almost two years and live in Gaithersburg. Sheehy Ford Lincoln of Gaithersburg has not only lost me as a customer for life, but I would not even consider any other Sheehy location for any automotive need whatsoever. For a business that relies on its community, it sure doesn’t reciprocate. More

I got prompt e-mail responses to all my questions (e-mail is my preferred communication method) and scheduled a test drive for that evening. Even though the dealership closed at 9, Kate and other employees stayed until 10 to make sure I was one happy customer. I drove off in my (new to me) car and couldn't have been happier! Thanks guys!
