I don't typically write reviews but this was over the top!!! We spent no less than a month searching dealerships from Northern Pennsylvania to lower Virginia. After a tremendous amount of research we visited nu We spent no less than a month searching dealerships from Northern Pennsylvania to lower Virginia. After a tremendous amount of research we visited numerous dealerships with seamingly the best vehicles coupled with the best price and high review ratings. Unfortunately we came to the conclusion that many dealerships are intentionally misleading in the way they describe vehicles (not Sheehy). Also, many of the trucks we viewed had scrapes and interior problems that were intentionally avoided with pictures (not Sheehy). Fortunately Sheehy was on our list and we had been exchanging emails with Kate (salesperson). When we arrived we looked the vehicle over and it was precisely as described online. Additionally, Kate provided all the information we required upfront (before we ever arrived) to help make for a seamless and quick purchase. We've owned dozens of cars (about 40 to 50) and this was our best purchase experience. We purchased a 2015 4x4 F250 crew cab. The service was exceptional, best price in surrounding 3 states, the dealership was very accommodating, all representatives were helpful, the entire process took about an hour (mainly because other buyers were closing their purchase ahead of us). As a Ford truck owner for the past 15 years I knew the vehicle that I wanted but I wasn't having much luck finding it through internet searches. After getting in contact with Kevinth he was incredibly patient as he helped me search for the right vehicle at dealerships extending well outside of our region. Eventually I took Kevinth's advice and went with a custom factory order and that process couldn't have been any more simple thanks to all of Kevinth's help. In just over 5 weeks I went from placing my order to taking delivery of a brand new F-150 with Kevinth keeping me updated on the progress and answering all my questions along the way. When it came time to negotiate a price I found sales manager Greg Waddell to be reasonable and fair as we came to an agreement on terms in an environment absent of pressure or intimidation. On the day I took delivery of the truck Mike Bolourian couldn't have made the finance process go any more smoothly and the whole Sheehy Ford team seemed to come together to get me in and out the door in a reasonable time frame. Sheehy was 1 of the 2. Everyone I worked with was courteous and carried themselves in a professional manner. They understand what customer service/care is all about. I felt the dealership was as much interested in educating me as they were in selling me a car. The salesmen I worked with (Matt Myint and John Saliba) addressed all my pre and post sale needs in a timely manner, were extremely knowledgeable about their products and ended each conversation with "Let us know if there's anything else we can do". I allocated an afternoon You can't just point and click and have a new vehicle delivered to your home I did substantial work online to shop for the model I wanted to own When I walked into the store I knew a lot but I wasn't sure I could make a deal Dominick Hursey and the entire Sheehy team made the whole experience as smooth as possible Dominick answered my questions and scheduled a test drive for me Mike Bolourian (Finance) was very pleasant and knowledgeable and made sure all the paperwork was correct. He had all the correct forms right there at his desktop. Due to my unique situation, there was some paperwork I needed to bring in. Dominick drove me home, waited while I collected my documents, then drove me back to Sheehy. Michael (Finance Manager) made the whole deal work to my advantage. Michael is very customer-friendly and was able to complete a deal I was not sure I could qualify for. All of the people I spoke with in the store were courteous, friendly, and welcoming. From the time I walked in to the time I drove home... I was very impressed with Sheehy's customer focus. I recommend Sheehy Ford of Gaithersburg based on my positive experience this past weekend. HAPPY KING RANCH OWNER I purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 KING RANCH. I was researching on the internet for about a month. I have been to other dealerships and got prices for my I purchased a 2016 Ford F-150 KING RANCH. I was researching on the internet for about a month. I have been to other dealerships and got prices for my trade in 2013 Ford F-150 XLT. I found Sheehy online and they had the best price of all the dealerships I checked. The only problem was it was a 2 hour drive. While checking Sheehy’s inventory online Patrice Tekeda popped up for chat and my contact person at the dealership. I contacted Patrice arranged a day and time and made the trip. I found the KING RANCH that I wanted online and a day later I was driving my new truck. I was surprised Sheehy of Gaithersburg was open on a Sunday. I picked up my truck on a Sunday, what a great day. I was very lucky to get Patrice Tekeda as my salesman because he was very friendly and very knowledgeable of all the KING RANCH featured equipment.
