He guided me through the whole process smoothly and gave me a throughout breakdown about prices and what was in my best interest. I Thought I was treated fairly, until a few months later when I realized the finance manager scammed me. My credit at the time was not very good, therefore I got approved for a car loan at a high interest rate. I kept telling the manager, the plan was to keep the car long enough to get my score higher then come back and get a new car at a lower interest rate. I also made it clear that I didn't want anything extra, including the extended warranty. The deal took a bit longer due to credit issues, the whole time he kept trying to get us to hurry because he was late getting his kids. This was the 4th car I brought from Sheehy.I always felt like they were trustworthy and honest so I just hurried and signed the deal, months later for some reason I decided to read it, when I realized that he snuck in an extended warranty and the VIP program. These added up to close to $3100.00 worth of extras at a rate of 24% that's a lot of money. I called Sheehy on Friday after loosing nights of sleep and I talked to Gus. I thought they would make this right, after all that's all you hear in their adds. The Sheehy way no hassle, well I tell you BS, to date it has been 1 big nightmare. I thought they would do the right thing at any cost and get me in a new car at a fair price. All I have heard so far is we cant get the deal done because the numbers don't make sense. in short it means they aren't helping at all. They want me to take a big hit with negative equity and not give me anything for my car. Now it was my hope they would trade me out and redo the deal in a new car with the payments like they should. I admit its just as much my fault, I should have read everything but after all I didn't think I needed too. This was my 4th car from there. I have always been treated fair. All I want them to do is own their wrong doing and make it right. Trust me I don't want to go thru this but I'm tired of the little man always getting screwed. At this point if there is no relief soon I will do all I can to get this out to everyone. You are supposed to get other papers to sign, as well go over the extra warranty and VIP program. I was given none, or I would have noticed then I had been charged for them. Going forward if this is not taken care of soon I plan on getting my story out in every outlet possible. I am also thinking of starting a class action lawsuit. If you find that this has happened to you please email me at scamsheehy@yahoo.com and see if for once the hard working honest guy can catch a break and be treated fair and not taken advantage of. I pray it doesn't go this far and that Sheehy stands up and makes this right. We need to keep in mind if the finance guy would have had me sign the other papers I would not have been scammed and my payments would have been correct from the start. I cant help but to think of how many other people this has happened too. Why don't they just want to make it right? I also found out that these guys get commission on the sell of these types of contracts. Mr Sheehy I beg you please end my nightmare and help fix the wrong doing.
